“#31: Spicy Tofu Vermicelli Bowl”

This is my very favorite dish at the best pho place around, Pho Cyclo, on capitol hill. I always make the mistake of eating the whole thing, about 10 minutes post meal I begin to feel too full to move. I’d say it’s worth it though.
